Chinese Wonton Soup Recipe (Great Filling...!)

This Chinese Wonton-Soup recipe is sooooo delicious! It's very simple to make & takes no time at all. I especially love the wonton filling. It's nice and flavorful. I love to make it for dinner...This Soup Yum Yum Yum!Ingredients for Wonton Well, you shall prepare for 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup of onions (peeled and chopped), 1/4 cup of water chestnut (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger root, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 pound of ground pork, 1 can of shrimp (1.5 ounces - drained), 8 cups of water. The Making for Wonton For filling of the wonton, you shall mix well all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl except wonton skin and water. Spoon i rounded teaspoon of filling at the centre of the wonton skin. Ensure the wonton skin is enough & fully wrap the filling well. You shall moisten the wonton skin to ease your wrapping process. After wonton being wrapped, drop it into boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and rinsed. Set aside. Ingredients for Soup Well, you shall prepare for 6 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of coarsely shredded Chinese Cabbage (or your preferred vegetables), 1/4 cup of carrot (peeled and stripped), 1 cup of Chinese mushrooms (soaked, washed well and sliced thinly), 1 package of frozen pea pods, thawed and halved lengthwise, 1/2 cup of bamboo shoot (sliced thinly). For garnish : 4 green onions (chopped finely). The Making for Soup Prepare a saucepan, bring chicken broth to boil. Add in vegetables and wonton. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions before serve. Try out this wonton soup by today!
