Won Ton Soup

I love won-ton soup very much, but there is a problem. For years, I've been searching high and low for a good bowl of won ton soup, but haven't yet found a satisfactory one, until i cook this recipe, which was given by one of my friend, Jack who is a chef working in a local Chinese Restaurant. I love this soup, simple and delicious. The important tips of making this soup is, the Shrimp must be very fresh. Ingredients Won Ton you shall prepare 1 pound of fresh shrimp, 1/2 pound of pork, 4 Chinese mushrooms, 4 teaspoon of scallion, 1 egg, 1 package of wo9n ton sheets, salt, soy sauce, oil and pepper. You can get Chinese Mushrooms, soy sauce and won ton skin in Chinese Grocery) Soup you shall prepare 4 cups of chicken stock, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 2.5 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of corn oil, white pepper. The Making Won Ton Clean and peel the shrimp, wash and soak the mushroom for 1 hour. Cut shrimp, mushroom, pork, scallions into a small pieces. Beat the egg. Put them into a bowl. mix in salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil. Stir well. Wrap the mixed ingredients with won ton sheet. Soup Prepare a soup pot, add in all ingredients of soup, bring to boil over high heat. Once the soup boiling, add in the wrapped won ton. Soup is ready when won ton are floats up. You can also add in your preferred noodles or vegetables into the soup when the soup is boiling :) You can also fry the wrapped won ton to golden color before add into the boiling soup. It is delicious too :)
