Ingredients for watercress soup diet

For ingredients, you need to prepare for 3 bunches of Watercress (stems removed), 2 1/2 pints of light chicken broth or water, 1 small onion (chopped finely), 1 Potatoes (diced), seasoning : salt and pepper to taste

The Making

1). Sweat the onion in three tablespoon of chicken broth or water. Add the potatoes with the seasoning and the crock; bring to boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes become tender.

2). Add in watercress and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove away from heat and blend in a liquidiser. Done

This soup is very delicious either served in cold or hot. You can use the following method for eating the soup to make your diet plan perfect.

I did try this diet plan before. The result was satisfied me and i can lose 5 kg in only one week! This plan absolutely can bring amazing & effective results. I did recommended this soup to many of my friends before. Some of my friends can lose 7.5 kg in only one week. This is all depends on individual. But, the important tips of this diet plan is, you must follow the following eating method strictly to achieve the BEST results. Let's check out :

Day 1 :

1 x 250ml skimmed milk, fruit (except bananas), soup. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Day 2 :

Vegetables, 1 jacket potatoes, 1 x 250ml skimmed milk, soup. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Day 3 :

Fruits (Except bananas), vegetables, soup. No potatoes today. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Day 4 :

8 x 250ml skimmed milk, 5 bananas and soup. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Day 5 :

white fish & skinless lean chicken (to satisfy your hunger), 6 tomatoes, 1 x 250ml skimmed milk, soup. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Day 6 :

white fish & skinless lean chicken (to satisfy your hunger), vegetables, 1 x 250ml skimmed milk, soup. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Day 7 :

Fruits (Except bananas), vegetables, 1 x 250ml skimmed milk & soup. You can drink the soup as much as you like.

Our suggestion to you :

For Vegetables, you can choose watercress, turnip, radishes, spinach, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, celery, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, asparagus.

For fruits, you can choose apples, strawberries, plums, pineapple, oranges, kiwi, lemons, melons, grapefruit, cherries, apricots, blueberries.
