Tart Village Soup

Check out this Tart-Village Soup, it's Yummy !Ingredients 2 cups of Beef broth, 2 cups of Sauerkraut juice, 1 Egg, 1 cup of Sour cream, 2 tablespoons of Flour, 1 teaspoon Dill freshly (chopped), 1/2 cup of Mashed Potatoes and Rye bread croutons. The Making Prepare a soup pot, put in the broth and boil it. Add in the sauerkraut juice. Put in flour, egg and sour cream. Add a small portion of the hot broth. Mix then add to the pot & simmer for about 3 minutes. Add in the mashed potatoes; sprinkles with dill. Sprinkle with Rye bread croutons before serve. It's yummy!
