I have some tasty Vegetable Soup-Recipe to share with you here. You can do some minor modification by adding your preferred vegetables into the soup. Don't worry. the soup will be great too.
Beautiful Vegetable Soup-Recipe Everything is just beautiful! Taste beautiful! Look beautiful! Aroma beautiful! Must try this vegetable soup-recipe.

Ingredients (4 servings)Well, you shall prepare for 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 onion (peeled and chopped), 2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped), 2 medium carrots (peeled & sliced), 1 potato (peeled & diced), 1 large parsnip (peeled & sliced), 1 large beet (peeled & diced), 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram, 1 bay leaf, salt & pepper to taste, 3 cup of chicken or vegetable stock, rind from a piece of gruyere (optional item), 2 cup of kale (roughly chopped), 1/2 cup of orzo. The Making Heat olive oil in a saucepan, saute onion for about 3 minutes until soft. Add in carrot, potato, parsnips, beets. Stir for about 3 minutes. Add in tomato paste, thyme, oregano, marjoram & bay leaf. Pour in stock and season with salt and pepper. Throw in cheese rind. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer for about half an hour. Remove cheese rind and stir in kale & orzo, cook for about 10 minutes until orzo become tender. Discard bay leaf. Serve hot.
Gruyere Vegetable Soup Recipe Wow..! Nice soup! I have been cook this soup for several times. I just love this soup. Rich and creamy! Great!!! I rate 6 stars for this vegetable soup recipes.

Ingredients Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 medium leek (discard half of the green top, slice the remaining), 1 medium carrot (peeled & diced), 1 small potato (peeled and diced), 1 stick of celery (sliced), 1 medium onion, 50g butter, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 sprigs of thyme stripped of their leaves, 2 tablespoons of plain flour, 700ml vegetable stock or chicken stock, 300ml milk, 1 small broccoli (trimmed into small florets, stalk discarded), 1 small handful of chopped parsley, 140g gruyère (coarsely grated) The Making Heat and melt oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Saute all vegetables except broccoli, with thyme leaves for about 8 minutes until tender. Stir constantly. Stir in flour for 1 minute, gradually stir in stock. Cover the lid and bring to boil. Reduce heat, add in milk and season well. Continue simmer for about 10 minutes until soup is thickened. Add in broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with gruyere before serve. Serve hot.
My Grandma's Homemade Vegetable Soup Recipe Better than any restaurant soup! Try it, you will know. I love this soup very much, since i was in my teenage age. I always suggest my Grandma to cook this soup for my lunch. This soup consist of beans, corn, tomatoes, etc. The mixture of the vegetables are just nice! I believe you will love it too :)

Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (divided use), 2 cans of white cannellini beans (drained), 1 can of corn, drained (14.5 ounces), 1 can diced tomatoes, drained (14.5 ounces), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 can roasted chilies (4 ounces), 1 onion (peeled & chopped finely), 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin, 32 ounces of vegetable broth or chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, coarse grain salt & pepper to taste, chopped green onions for garnish. The Making Firstly, you shall preheat the oven at 425 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet lined with with parchment or coated with non-stick spray, place corn, diced tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle over 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss around a bit. Roast corn, garlic, tomatoes at 425 degree for about half an hour. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a saucepan, saute onion for about 5 minutes. Pour in broth and water. Add in cumin, coriander, beans and bring to boil. Reduce heat. Add in corn, tomatoes and can chili peppers. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped green onion before serve.
