Tuscan Soup

You can make this Tuscan-Soup in crock pot and it's taste really GOOD. If you want to make this soup in lower fat, you can use turkey sausage and 98% fat free chicken stock. You can also use frozen chopped spinach. Now, you can eat this Soup at home but not in restaurant anymore :) It's really a Wonderful Taste Soup!Ingredients 6 cups of chicken stock, 1 onion (peeled & chopped), 3 (3.5 oz) links spicy Italian sausage, 3 potatoes (cubed), 1 bunch of chopped spinach, 1/4 cup of evaporate milk & seasoning : salt & black pepper to taste. The Making 1). Firstly, remove away the skin from sausage; put it into a frying pan. Add in onion and cook over medium low heat until meat is not pink anymore. 2). Put the meat in a large soup pot; pour in the chicken stock; add potatoes. Boil until potato is cooked. Add spinach; continue boiling until spinach is slightly cooked. 3). Take away the soup pot from heat; add in evaporated milk; stir it. Add in seasoning to taste. Serve. Tuscan!
