Tortilla Soup

This soup is very tasty and easy to prepare. Check out:Ingredients Well, to make this soup, you need to prepare for 10 corn tortilla (cut into thin strip), 1/4 bunch cilantro leaves only(well washed), 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 small onion (chopped), 1 small can of green chilies, 6 cups of chicken stock, 1 can of tomatoes (14.5 oz), 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved completely in a small amount of water), 2 cups of cooked chicken (about 2oz per serving), Monterey Jack Cheese (1 oz per serving), 1 avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced) and vegetable oil. The Making Fry tortillas in oil until crispy (be careful of the heat, don't burn it); drain well, set aside. Prepare a blender, puree cilantro, onion, garlic, chilies and tomatoes. Prepare a soup pot, pour in stock; add in puree mixture, cumin, salt; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hours. Stir in the cornstarch mixture into stock to desired thickness of soup. If you like thinner soup, you do not need to prepare & add in the cornstarch mixture. Add chicken into stock, garnish with shredded cheese, tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream, salsa or any things that you preferred. Serve hot :)
