Tortilla Soup Recipes (Yummy...!)

This Tortilla-Soup Recipes is quick to make, flavorful, and filling! Serve with warm tortilla strips, cheese, avocado. Simply tremendous. It's so good. When people say this soup is Restaurant quality, they actually mean it.Ingredients Well, you shall prepare 2 chicken breast (fully cooked and shredded with forks), 1/2 yellow onions (peeled and diced), 1 cup of spinach, 2 cups of chicken broth, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 avocado (sliced), 1/2 cup of muir glen tomato sauce, 1 flour tortilla (stripped or you may use tortilla chips), 1 cup of brown rice, 1/4 cup of corn, chalula hot sauce to taste, 1 tsp of garlic salt, 1 tsp of cilantro, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of chili flakes, 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of oil. The Making Heat oven at 400 and place in tortilla strip on a baking sheet with some oil. Cook for 10 minutes until browned slightly. Set aside. Prepare a soup pot, add in broth and all spices, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stirring constantly. Add shredded chicken, tomato sauce and chalula, cook for another 15 minutes. In another pan, heat oil and saute onion for 3 minutes until soft. Add in spinach and cook until witted. Add spinach mixture into the soup, add rice & corn and cook for about 5 minutes. Ladle the soup into a bowl, topping with tortilla strips, cheese, avocado and serve hot. Enjoy!
