This Fantastic Homemade Tomato-Soup Recipes was given by my Grandma. This soup is ridiculously simple making and tasty. Other than it's taste good, it also help to trim down you weight if you treat only this soup as your lunch and dinner. I did try to eat this soup for my lunch and dinner daily for continuous 7 days, you know, i was lose up to 6.5 pounds! You should give a try. Ingredients (2 servings)Well, for ingredient, you need to prepare for 1 can of canned tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped), 1/4 cup of basil (minced), 2 cup of chicken stock, 1/2 cup of half & half, salt to taste. The Making Firstly, prepare a saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic until golden. Add and blanch basil for 1 minute. Add in canned tomatoes and chicken stock. Blitz the soup until smooth. Bring to simmer for about half an hour over medium heat. Add in half and half. Season with salt to taste. Enjoy! :) Very simple, is it?
