The Cabbage-soup recommend here will lead your diet plan to successful in short period. The result will be amazing. Actually, this is a rapid diet plan. You just contribute your determination, patient in these 7 days, cook the following soup recipe and follow the 7 day cabbage soup diet plan, you will reach your ideal weight FAST. It will lose up to 5kg in only 7 days. But, remember, this is not a long term diet plan. This plan is only for those who have special occasion or who want to lose weight rapidly. But, It is really a good starting plan for those before they want to enter into a moderate eating diet plan.

Ingredients

To cooking this effective diet soup, you need to prepare 6 large sized onions (cut in quarters), 2 peppers, cut in bite size piece (green, yellow or red), 1 or 2 cans of diced tomatoes,3 peeled carrots, 1 Container with 10 oz. of Mushrooms, 1 bunch of celery (cut in 2 inches), 1/2 a head of cabbage, 1 package Lipton soup mix, 1 to 2 cubes of bouillon (this is optional item),1 48oz can V8 juice (this is optional item) 
Seasoning : By using salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, add in appropriate small quantity to suite your taste.

The Making

1). Put the cut & clean onions, peppers, cabbage, carrots into a pot and start to saute with cooking spray. Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.

Suggestion to you : add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now if you prefer spicy taste. Beef or chicken bouillon cubes can be chosen for seasonings. 

Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and put the heat on low. Cook the soup for about two hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

By eating this soup for 7 days, you will definitely see the result just in a short period.
