Ingredient
To prepare 6 large onions, 2 medium peppers, 1 or 2 cans of diced or whole tomatoes, 3 peeled and cut Carrots, 1 Container of 10 oz Mushrooms, 1 bunch of celery, 1/2 cabbage, 1 package Lipton soup mix, 1-2 cubes of chicken / beef bouillon (optional item), 1 48oz can V8 juice (optional), seasoning : salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
The Making
1). Cut all veggies - green pepper, celery, cabbage, carrot, onion, tomatoes into a bite size piece. Then, put all the veggies into a big soup pot.Then, slice mushrooms into thick slices, add into the same pot.
Suggestion : You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings.
Cover the veggies by 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), put at low heat; cook for about two hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
