Ingredients

(10 Servings)

To prepare 2 lbs of extra lean ground beef (or you can use ground turkey), 3 cups of green pepper (cut into bite size pieces), 28 ox tomatoes juice, 15 oz diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 cups of cooked rice.

The Making

Firstly, brown the meat in a pan, drained. Add green pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar and cooked rice. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until peppers are tender. Serve hot.
