Homemade Chicken Recipe

This is a clearsoup and easy to make. Good try. Let's cook it and enjoy with your love one :)

Ingredients

(6 servings)

1 chicken, 1 medium parsnip, 2 carrots, 1 leek, 1 onion, 2 celery stalk, 2 bay leaves, 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley, salt and pepper, 4 litres of water

The Making

Firstly, you shall prepare the veggies. Cut the parsnip into quarters, top and tail the carrots and cut in half. Cut the leek, celery and onion into big pieces and put into a saucepan.

Add in chopped chicken. Pour in water & add bay leaves, plus half of the parsley - stalks and all. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3 hours.

Drain all the stock into another saucepan. Slice the carrots and add to the stock, and finally add some chopped chicken back in. Seasoning with pepper and salt to taste. Discard bay leaves. Garnish with parsley before serve. Yummy!


Easy Homemade Tomato Soup-Recipe

This tomato soup-recipe is ridiculously easy to make. Great-soup!

Ingredients

(6 servings)

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 2 medium yellow onions (peeled and chopped), 2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped), canned whole plum tomatoes (24 oz), 3 cups of chicken stock, salt to taste and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.

The Making

Firstly, heat a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Saute onion and garlic for few minutes until soft.

Add in tomatoes, chicken stock, salt, and pepper, cover the lid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Transfer-soup into a food processor or blender, puree until smooth. Return to saucepan and heat through. Serve hot. Yummy!


Homemade Mussel Seafood Soup-Recipe

I found this recipe from a famous magazine. I have been cook for few times and i just love it for this few times. It is so tasty! Check out.

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1/2 cup of dry white wine, 1 tablespoon of finely minced shallots, 3 lbs of mussels, scrubbed and debearded, 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 5 oz dry chorizo (finely diced) (about 3/4 cup), 2 medium carrots (peeled & finely diced), 2 medium leeks, white and tender greens parts only (finely diced), 1 small onion (peeled & finely diced), 2 garlic cloves (peeled & minced), 1 large plum tomato (finely diced), 1/4 tsp. saffron threads (crumbled), 3 cups of low-sodium fish stock, clam juice, or chicken broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream, salt and freshly ground white pepper, 1 teaspoon of chopped thyme.

The Making

Firstly, you shall bring the wine with the shallots to a boil. Add in mussels, cook for about 4 minutes until they open. Strain the cooking liquid into a large bowl and reserve.

Remove the mussels from their shells, reserving some unshelled for garnish, if desired.

Prepare a soup-pot, heat olive oil. Add in chorizo, carrots, leeks, and onion. Cook for about 8 minutes. Spoon off all but 3 tablespoons of the fat.

Add in garlic, diced tomato and saffron and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.Pour in fish stock and reserved mussel cooking liquid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about half an hour.

Add in cream and simmer for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add in mussels and thyme, simmer for about 1 minute. Garnish the-soup with mussel shells and serve hot. Enjoy :)
