Hot Tomato Soup This Soups Vegetarian Recipe is for spicy vegetarian lovers :)

Ingredients To prepare 1 Onion (peeled and chopped), 1 Bay leave, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of Ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ofGaram masala, 1/2 teaspoon of Ground turmeric, 1 tablespoon of Indian chili powder, 1/2 cup of water, 1 can of tomato puree (28 oz), 1 tablespoon of White sugar, Salt to taste, 1/3 cup of Heavy cream (Alternative item : half & half), 2 tablespoon ofOlive oil The Making 1). Prepare a saucepan, put in oil at medium heat. 2). Add in onion and bay leave, stir it and cook for 5 min. Add in flour, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala and Indian chili powder. Cook and stir it for 1 min. 3). Pour water into the saucepan, boil it while scraping the brown bits of food off of the bottom with a wooden spoon. 4). Put in tomato puree and thin with water to desired thickness of the soup. Add in sugar and salt, cook until sugar dissolve and soup is hot which is take about 5 min. Remove bay leaves and serve with cream.
Tofu Noodle Soups Vegetarian Ingredients TO prepare 2 tablespoons of Butter, 2 cups of Carrots (sliced thinly), 1 1/2 cups of Onion (chopped), 1 1/2 cups of Stalk celery (chopped), 1 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic (minced), 6 cups of Vegetarian chicken flavored stock, 2 cups of Egg noodles, 1 Container tofu (extra-firm) (cubed & drained - 14 oz), 1/4 cup ofRaisins, 1/2 teaspoon of Dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of Poultry seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of Dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of Dried Rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon of Dried Marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon of Black pepper, 1/4 cup of Cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of Cold water The Making 1). Prepare a soup pot, add in butter, melt it at medium heat.Add in celery, onion, carrot and garlic; stirring while cooking; cook until tender which take about 10 min. 2). Pour in the stock and bring to a fast boiling at high heat. While boiling, add noodles, tofu, raisin, basil, poultry seasoning, oregano, rosemary, thyme, pepper and marjoram. 3).Dissolve the water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Stir in the cornstarch mixture into the soup pot. Bring soup to boil fast again. Reduce heat and simmer for half an hour. Serve.
