Here are some easy & quick making soup stew recipes. Let's cook them and share with your love one :)


Homemade Fish Soups Stews

Try out this fantastic fish soup stew. I love to cook this soup to serve my guests because it look good & taste good! If you don’t have clam juice, use 8 ounces of the water that leached out of your defrosted fish.

Ingredients

(4 servings)

To prepare 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 cup of onions (peeled and chopped), 2 large garlic cloves (peeled and chopped), 2/3 cup of fresh parsley (chopped), 1 cup of tomato (chopped), 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, 8 ounces of clam juice, 2/3 cup of dry white wine, 1.5 pounds of fish fillets (use halibut, cod, sole, red snapper, sea bass) cut into bite size pieces, touch of dry oregano, Tabasco, thyme, pepper, salt.

The Making

Prepare a large pan, heat olive oil, saute onion and garlic for about 4 minutes until onion are soft. Add in parsley and cook for 2 minutes. Add in tomato, tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add in clam juice, dry white wine and fish, bring to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in seasoning to taste. Serve hot.


Homemade Beef Soups Stews

Most of the beef stew are very complicated. This beef stew recipe that i share with you here is very easy to make. The most important thing is, this soup is really great! I just love it very much. This warming stew consist of beans. Good try :) Awesome!

Ingredients

To prepare 1.5 cup of onions (peeled and chopped), 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper, 1 cup of canned kidney beans, 6 ounces of round eye beef (roasted, trimmed to 0" fat), 1 cup of beef canned boullion broth, 1/2 cup canned tomato puree, 1 cup ready to serve pace picante salsa, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of ground basil, 1/2 curry powder, 1 teaspoon of ground oregano.

The Making

Prepare a sauce pan, heat 2 teaspoon of oil, saute onions for few minutes until soft. Add in tomato puree, sauce beef broth, spice & salsa. Bring to simmer over medium heat.

Meanwhile, fry beef in oil in a saucepan pan until cooked. Add cooked beef into soup and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.


Vegetable Soups Stews

Great hearty stew soup.

Ingredients

To prepare 2 cups of coconut milk, 2 cups mixed boiled vegetables (eg. carrots, potatoes, french beans, cauliflower, etc), 1 onion (peeled and chopped), 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves, 2 small sticks cinnamon, 2 green chillies (chopped), 1 tsp of cornflour, 1 tbsp of oil, salt to taste.

The Making

Prepare a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion for few minutes until soft. Add in cloves, cinnamon & cardamoms, fry for few seconds longer. Add in green chilies and salt, fry again for awhile. Stir in coconut milk and add in vegetables, cook over low heat until vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
