Homemade Tomato Soups Recipe You can also use the fresh tomatoes from your garden :)

Ingredients (8 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cups peeled and diced (1/4 inch) onions, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice, 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill (or dried dill but use much less, maybe 1/2 tablespoon), 6 cups chicken broth, 2 cans (28 oz each) peeled plum tomatoes, drained and chopped, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper to taste (I use 1 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt usually) The Making Prepare a pot, melt butter with the olive oil over low heat. Saute onions for 10 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook stirring for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle the Allspice over the onions and cook for additional 1 minute. Add in half the dill and cook over low heat,stirring for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer and partially covered for about 20 minutes. Transfer soup into a food processor (or blender), puree until smooth. Return to pot and stir in the remaining dill, adjust seasonings. Heat through gently and serve hot. Enjoy :)
Weight Watcher Tortellini Soups Recipe A great weight watchers soup. Tasty and easy to make. Have a good try :) You wont regret to cook it. Because this soup is extremely taste good!!! Yummy! Point per serving - 7 Nutritional information per serving: 365 calories, 10g fat, 3.8g fiber.

Ingredients (5 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 package fresh & frozen tortellini, 1 can diced tomatoes (or peeled, diced fresh), 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped), 1 stalk celery (finely chopped), 2 medium carrots (peeled and chopped), 1 bay leaf, 2 tablespoons fresh basil, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, 2 teaspoons garlic (crushed & chopped), 1 medium onion (peeled and chopped), 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons good quality olive oil, 1 cup water The Making Firstly, prepare a saucepan, heat oil and saute celery, onion, carrots and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add in spinach and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add spices and chicken broth. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add water and tortellini and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
Homemade Easy Vegetable Soup Very Easy to make. You can also add some milk into the soup if you like. I love to cook it by that way :) Great taste.

Ingredients (4 servings)To prepare 1.5 cups shredded zucchini, 1 cup peeled and shredded carrot, 1 cup peeled and shredded onion, 1 cup shredded white button mushrooms, 1/3 cup minced scallions, 2 cups (loosely packed) coarsely sliced salad greens, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons instant grits, 4 teaspoons unsalted butter or olive oil, 1 cup shredded Swiss (Gruyère) cheese The Making Prepare a saucepan, pour in water and bring to boil. Add in all vegetables into boiling water along with the salt. Boil it for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle the grits on top of the boiling liquid, reduce heat to low, and cook gently for another 2 - 3 minutes. Serve hot in soup bowls, spooning about 1 teaspoon of the olive oil or butter on each serving and topping each of the bowls with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
