Homemade Tomato Soup-Recipe

The best partner for this dish is grilled cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 tablespoon of canola oil, 1 medium onion (peeled and chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 cup peeled and diced carrots, 1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounces), 2 cups of low-sodium chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dried basil, kosher salt and black pepper to taste, 1/2 cup cream (optional) and croutons for garnish

The Making

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in onion and garlic, cook for about 3 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally.

Add carrots and cook another 3-5 minutes until vegetables soft. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and basil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 20 minutes.Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth. Stir in cream, if using.

Serve garnished with croutons. Enjoy!


Easy & Quick Making Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup-Recipe

This is my favorite-soup. My families love it so much too! You must give a try!

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 pound of mushroom, 3 ounces of butter, 2 medium sized onions (peeled and chopped), 1 clove garlic (crushed), 2 tbsp of plain flour, 2 pints of chicken stock, 1 bay leaf, 4 fl oz cream, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

The Making

Firstly, you shall cleaning the mushrooms with a damp cloth and chop the caps and stems.

Prepare a pan, heat over medium heat. Melt butter and cook the garlic and onions for few minutes until soft but not browned. Add in mushrooms, and cook over a high heat for about 3 minutes ; stirring constantly.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms, mix well to combine. Stir in the flour and mix well, ensure all the mushrooms are well coated.

Pour in hot chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add in bay leaf and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium low heat.

Discard bay leaf and let the soup to cool for few minutes. Place the soup in a food processor and blend until smooth. Rinse the saucepan and return to soup, season with salt and pepper and reheat until boiling. Stir in cream and serve hot.


Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 3 potatoes, 1 pint milk, 2 slices onion, 2 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp celery salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, a pinch cayenne pepper and 1 tsp of chopped parsley

The Making

Firstly, you shall cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft. Rub the potatoes through a sieve. Scald the milk with the onion. Allow the milk to cool a little and remove the onion. Add the milk to the potato puree using a whisk.

Melt half the butter and add the dry ingredients to this. Stir into the hot potato mixture. Boil for 1 minute. Sieve. Add the rest of the butter and sprinkle with parsley.


Fantastic Fish Soup

A great and healthy dish! If you use a large variety of fish, definitely this dish will be more tasty :)

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1,(about 5 kilo) of fish (Use large variety of fish for more taste), olive oil, 2-3 onions, 4 tomatoes, celery, 3 carrots, salt & pepper

The Making

Firstly, you shall scrape the scales of the fish and remove giblets.

Add the salt, pepper, olive oil, the sliced onions, the celery and the sliced tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to boil.

Strain the vegetables well and place them on a plate. Put the fish on the same boiling water. After boiling the fish until cooked, strain the fish through a strainer, ensure the meat of the fish is well pressed in order all the fish juice to come out.

Serve the dish hot with lemon. Serve the vegetables and the fish on a plate separately.

Cheeeeeesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 2 tbsp margarine, 1 cup of celery (chopped), 1 cup onion (peeled and chopped), 2 of cans chicken broth (about 14.5 oz), 3 cups potatoes (peeled and cubed), 1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz), 1 can diced green chiles (4 oz), 1 package country style gravy mix (2.5 oz), 2 cups milk and 1 cup shredded Mexican-style processed cheese food

The Making

Firstly, prepare a saucepan, melt margarine over medium high heat. Add in celery and onion; cook about 5 minutes until soft.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to boil. Add in potato cubes; cook over low heat for half an hour or until potatoes are soft, stirring frequently.

Stir in corn and chiles; return to boiling. In a bowl, dissolve gravy mix in milk; stir into boiling mixture. Add in cheese; cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir while cooking. Serve hot.


Oxtail Soup

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 oxtail, 2 carrots (peeled and diced), 1 turnip (diced), 1 onion (diced), 4 tbsp of dripping or oil, 1 tbsp seasoned flour, 3 tbsp parsley chopped finely, 1 bay leaf and 4 pints water

The Making

Cut the tail into small joints and roll in the seasoned flour. Heat the oil and fry the floured joints until brown. Pour off any excess fat and add the water, salt and parsley and bay leaf.Simmer for about 2 hours.

Leave to go cold and remove any solidified fat. Add the diced vegetables, bring to the boil and simmer for another 2 hours. Remove bones carefully and let the soup cool. Blend the soup and season well. Serve hot.


Easy Making Beef Noodle Soup

Not only easy making, it's taste great too! There are stew meat, mixed vegetables and egg noodles in a beef broth base. Awesome!

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 lb of beef stew meat (cubed), 1 cup of onion (chopped), 1 cup of celery (chopped), 1/4 cup beef bouillon granules, 1/4 tsp of dried parsley, 1 pinch ground black pepper, 1 cup peeled and chopped carrots, 5 3/4 cups water and 2.5 cups frozen egg noodles

The Making

Firstly, prepare a saucepan, heat it over medium high heat. Saute stew meat, onion and celery for about 5 minutes, or until meat is browned on all sides.

Add in bouillon, parsley, ground black pepper, carrots, water and egg noodles. Cover and bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for about half an hour. serve hot and enjoy with your beloved families! I believe they will love it! Yummmmmmy!
