Boilermaker Tailgate Chili Soup Stew This is the chili recipe the gang eats at Purdue Boilermaker football games. I usually cook this soup the night before and then reheat the next day which will be greater in taste. This is a combination of many different tomato based chili recipes.

Ingredients 1 lb bulk Italian sausage 2 lb ground beef chuck 3 (15 oz) cans chili beans, drained 2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes with juice 1 (15 oz) can chili beans in spicy sauce 1 large yellow onion, peeled & chopped 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 2 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped 1 tbsp bacon bits 1/2 cup beer 4 cubes beef bouillon 1/4 cup chili powder 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp white sugar 1 (10.5 ounce) bag corn chips such as Fritos 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
The Making Prepare a soup pot, heat over medium high heat. Crumble the sausage and ground chunk and cook until browned. Drain off the excess grease. Add in eh spicy chili beans, spicy chili beans, diced tomatoes and tomatoes paste. Add in onion, celery, green and red bell pepper, chile peppers, bacon bits, bouillon and beer. Add seasoning - chili powder, garlic, oregano, cumin, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, basil, salt and pepper, cayenne, paprika and sugar. Blend them by stirring. Cover the lid and bring to simmer for about 2 hours over low heat. Stirring occasionally. After 2 hours, adjust the taste bu salt, pepper and chili powder if desired. Serve hot.
Spicy Pumpkin Bisque Recipe Allspice and chiles give a punch of flavor to this creamy pumpkin soup stew ~ Ingredients (4 servings)To prepare 1 tsp of dried ground small red chiles, eg : piquins, 1 large onion (peeled and chopped), 2 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped), 1 tbsp of butter, 1 can of pumpkin puree (about 16 oz), 4 cups of chicken stock, 1/2 tsp of fresh ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp of allspice, 1/2 tsp of sugar, 1 cup of half and half, 1/4 cup of dry sherry and grated nutmeg. The Making Heat a saucepan, melt butter, saute onions and garlic for about 5 minutes until soft. Add in pumpkin puree, stock, chile pepper, ground pepper, allspice, sugar and sherry. Cover the lid and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about half an hour . Transfer the soup into blender and puree until smooth. Return the soup to the pan, add in half and half. Heat through gently. Add in nutmeg and swerve hot. This soup are great either served in hot or cold. Enjoy :)
Easy & Delicious Ham & Potato Soup Stew It is very easy to make. The great thing about this soup is, you can add additional ingredients, more ham, potatoes, etc and it still turns out great.

Ingredients Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 3.5 cups of potatoes (peeled and diced), 1/3 cup of celery (diced), 1/3 cup of onion (peeled and finely chopped), 3/4 cup of cooked ham (diced), 3 1/4 cups of water, 2 tbsp of chicken bouillon granules, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of ground white or black pepper, 5 tbsp of butter, 5 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 2 cups of milk. The Making Prepare a stock pot, add in potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water in stockpot. Cover the lid and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add in chicken bouillon, salt and pepper. Stirring. In another separate saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Whisk in flour with a fork and cook stirring for about 1 minute until the soup are thickened. Gradually stir in milk and stir cooking for another 5 minutes. Stir in the milk mixture into the stockpot, heat through and serve hot.
Pork and Apple Soup Stew Awesome. I give 5 star to this soup stew. Ingredients Well, you shall prepare 3 pound of pork shoulder roast (cut into 2 inches cubes, trimmed), 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 2 onions (peeled and chopped), 2 carrot (peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch thick), 2 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and quartered), 3/4 cup of apple cider, 1/2 tsp of dried thyme, 1/4 tsp of ground allspice, 1/4 tsp of rubbed sage. The Making Firstly, heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Bron pork cubes for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add and saute onion, carrots and apple for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a slow cooker and topping with pork cubes. Add apple cider, thyme, allspice and sage to skillet. Bring to simmer and scraping up brown bits on bottom of skillet; add to the slow cooker. Cover the lid of slow cover and cook for about 7 hours over low heat. Remove the meat from slow cooker and put in a serving bowl. Transfer the soup into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the puree on to the meat and serve hot. Yummy! Yummy!
Manhattan Clam Chowder Recipe Delightful Soup Stew. Ingredients (12 servings)36 chowder (quahog) or cherrystone clams (scrubbed), 5 slices of bacon (finely chopped), 1 large onion (peeled and finely chopped), 1 can of plum tomatoes (about 28 oz), 2 stalk of celery (finely chopped), 1 lb of all-purpose potatoes (peeled and finely chopped), 1/2 bay leaf, 2 large carrot (peeled and finely chopped), 1 tsp of dried thyme, 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper, 2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley, 3/4 tsp of salt, 5 cup so water. The Making Prepare a saucepan, pour in 1 cup of water, bring to boil. Add claim. Reduce heat and simmer for about 8 minutes until claim open. Remove the open clam from pan to a bowl and discard those clam which are not open. Remove the clam meat from shell and chop coarsely. Discard shell. Strain clam broth through sieve lined with paper towels into bowl. In the same saucepan, brown bacon over medium heat. Add in onion and cook for about 5 minutes until soft. Add in carrot and sherry and cook for another 5 minutes. Add clam broth into the bacon. Add potatoes, remaining 4 cups of water, bay leaf, thyme, pepper. Boil it. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in tomatoes including liquid. Break them with spoon and simmer for another 10 minutes longer. Add in chopped clam meat and heat through gently. Discard bay leaf and add seasoning to taste. Garnish with parsley before serve. Enjoy all these fantastic Soup Stew! Great Soup Stew!
