Minestrone Soup Let's try out this healthy and tasty soup. Perfect in winter.

Ingredients To prepare 3 carrots (peeled and roughly chopped), 1 large onion (peeled and chopped coarsely), 4 celery sticks (chopped), 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 garlic cloves (crushed), 2 large potatoes (peeled and diced), 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 2 litre vegetable stock, 400g can chopped tomatoes, 400g can butter or cannellini beans, 140g spaghetti , snapped into short lengths, 1⁄2 head savoy cabbage (shredded), crusty bread (for serving) The Making Prepare a food processor, whizz carrots, onion and celery into small pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the processed vegetables, garlic and potatoes, then cook over a high heat for about 5 minutes until soft. Stir in tomato purée, stock and tomatoes. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in the beans and pasta, cook for another 10 minutes, adding the cabbage for the final 2 minutes. Add seasoning to taste and serve with crusty bread. Enjoy :)
Homemade Shrimp Soup Let's cook this delicious soup by your helpful crock pot in your busy life style.

Ingredients (6 servings)1 pound of frozen cooked shrimp (tails removed), 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce, 2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth, 1.5 cups diced celery, 2 garlic cloves, 3/4 cup chopped bell pepper, 1 1/4 cups peeled and chopped onions, 8-16 drops Tabasco sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper The Making Prepare a crock pot, place in all the ingredients except shrimp. Cook over low heat for about 8-10 hours (or 3-4 hours on high heat). Increase heat to high and add the cooked shrimp 15 minutes before serving. Serve hot
Potato Soup Impressive Potato Soup :)

The Making Peel and cut white potatoes into bite size pieces. Boil in water with 1-2 onion until potatoes and onions mash easily. After mashing, add some fresh milk and reheat the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
