Homemade Minestrone Soup Recepies Minestrone soup is a very humble dish and is suitable for everyday consumption, being filling and cheap, and would likely have been the main course of a meal. Check out :)

Ingredients 3 tablespoons of olive oil , 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 1 onion (peeled & chopped), 1 cup canned beans (drained) ,1 cup celery (diced), 1 carrot (peeled and diced) , 1 litre of chicken broth, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1 cup green beans , 3 zucchini (quartered and diced, seeds removed), 1/2 cup sweet peas, 1 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil , salt and pepper to taste , 1/2 cup seashell pasta (cooked), 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese for topping. The Making Heat olive oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Saute garlic and onions for few minutes until soft. Add in celery & carrot, cook for about 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and add in kidney beans, green beans, sweet peas, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add in zucchini and cook for another 10 minutes. Add in basil and parsley and cook for about 2 minutes. Add in cooked pasta and cook for another 1 minute. Serve hot. Our suggestion to you : Let the soup sit for about half an hour to blend out the taste and it will be more tasty. After half an hour, reheat and serve hot. Enjoy :)
Homemade Chicken Soup Recepies A Hearty Soup. Good try :)

Ingredients To prepare 4 litres of water, 1 organic free-range chicken, 1 medium parsnip, 2 carrots (peeled and sliced), 1 leek, 1 onion (peeled and chopped), 2 stalk celery (chopped), 2 bay leaves, 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley, salt and pepper The Making Place chicken, leek, celery & onion into a pan. Cover with enough water and add in bay leaves and half of parsley. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to very low and simmer for about 3 hours. Drain all the stock into another saucepan. Add sliced carrots and add to the stock, and finally add some chopped chicken back in. Add seasoning to taste & remaining chopped parsley . Heat through and serve hot.
Gazpacho Soup Recepies This is a great cold soup. Best in summer! :)

Ingredients To prepare 8 large sun-ripened tomatoes, 4 cups of chicken stock,1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 2 celery stalks, 1 cup sliced olives, 2-3 scallions, 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley, Juice from 3 lemons, 1 tsp salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, freshly baked garlic-herb croutons. The Making Core the tomatoes and cook them in boiling water for about 1 minute, then transfer them in iced water and peel them. Add tomatoes, olive oil, chicken stock, lemon juice and 2 cups of iced water to a blender, puree until smooth. Chop the vegetables finely and add them to the soup. Cover the gazpacho soup and keep it refrigerated for at least 1 hour to blend together the flavors. Garnish the gazpacho cold soup with a handful of fresh croutons. Enjoy :)
