Ingredient
1/2 cabbage, 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 1 or 2 cans of diced or whole tomatoes, 3 peeled & cut carrots, 1 container of 10 oz mushrooms, 1 bunch of celery, 1 package Lipton soup mix, 1 or 2 cubes of chicken / beef bouillon (optional item), For seasoning : salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
The Making
1). Clean and cut all the veggies and put a big soup pot. Then, slice mushrooms into thick slices, add into the same pot. Our suggestion to you : You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings.
Pour in 12 cups of water, cover all the veggies and put heat on low. Let the soup cook for about two hours will do. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Eat this soup for 7 days whereas the eating method shall follow this,
