Here is the seven days rapid Soup Diet Recipe plan which you can lose weight up to 5 kg in only 7 days. At the end of the 7th day, if you did not cheated on this diet, you will lose 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 15 pounds, then go off the diet for 2-3 days before you try it again.

After 3rd day, you will have more energy than when you began, if you do not cheat. If, after being on the diet for several days you find your bowel movements have changed, eat a cup of bran and fiber. Ingredients for Soup Diet Recipe


For ingredients, you need to prepare 6 large onions, 2 peppers, 1-2 Cans of diced tomatoes, 1 Bunch of Celery, 1 Package - Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Chicken Soup Mix, 1-2 Cubes of chicken or beef Bouillon, (optional), 1 Head Cabbage,Salt, Pepper, Parsley, etc. season to taste

The Making for Soup Diet Recipe

1). Cut all Vegetables into small to mediumpieces and cover with water. Boil fast for about 10 minutes, reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Eat as much as you want and any time of the day.This soup will not add calories.

Day 1:
All fruits, except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruit you want. Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruit. Eat only your soup and fruit for the first day. For Drinks, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

Day 2:
All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At Dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato without butter. Do not eat fruit today.

Day 3:
Mix Day One & Day Two. All the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

Day 4:
Bananas and Skim Milk. Eat as many as eight Bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, and so is the milk, but on this particular day of the diet, your body will need potassium and carbohydrates, protein and calcium to lesson your cravings for sweets.

Day 5:
Beef and tomatoes. Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water today to wash the citric acid from the body. Eat your soup at least once today.

Day 6:
Beef and vegetables - eat to your heart's content of beef and Vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks, if you want - with leafy green vegetables.No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once today.

Day 7:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again, stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once today.

In any time, you can take small amount of fiber cereal with skim milk.
