Ingredients for Soup Diet Plan

For ingredients, you need to prepare 6 large green onions, 2 green peppers, 1-2 Cans of diced tomatoes, or 1-28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes, 1 Bunch of Celery, 1 Package - Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Chicken Soup Mix, 1-2 Cubes of Bouillon, (optional), 1 Head Cabbage, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, etc. season to taste


The Making for Soup Diet Plan

1). Cut all Veggies into medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for about 10 minutes, reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. Eat as much as you want and any time of the day. This soup will not add calories.

Day 1:

All fruits, except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruit you want. Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruit. Eat only your soup and fruit for the first day. For Drinks, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

Day 2:

All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh, raw, or cooked vegetablesof your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At Dinner, you can take a big baked potato without butter. Do not eat fruit today.

Day 3:

Mix Day 1 & Day 2. All the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

Day 4:

Bananas and Skim Milk. Eat as many as eight Bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, and so is the milk, but on this particular day of the diet, your body will need potassium and carbohydrates, protein and calcium to lesson your cravings for sweets.

Day 5:

Beef and tomatoes. Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water today to wash the citric acid from the body. Eat your soup at least once today.

Day 6:

Beef and vegetables - eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day.You can even have 2 or 3 steaks, if you want - with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once today.

Day 7
:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again, stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once today.


Bread and Alcoholic Beverages, Carbonated Beverages (not even diet) are prohibited. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee and unsweetened fruit juice, cranberry juice and skim milk on the day it is allowed. NO Fried foods.

You may eat broiled or baked chicken, instead of beef (absolutely no skin on the chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef only one of the beef days. You will need the protein in the beef the other day.

The Basic Fat Burning Soup can be eaten at any time when you feel hungry.

Any prescribed medications will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as long as you wish, and feel the difference both in mental and physical disposition. This diet is used for overweight heart patients who need to lose weight rapidly, before surgery.

In any time, you can take small amount of fiber cereal with skim milk.

SUGGESTION: If you don't care for the milk by itself, you can adding the banana with the milk and blend in a blender to make your own shake! Try this Soup Diet Plan! The result of this soup diet plan is amazing & effective!
