Looking for some Great and Easy Soup-Can Recipes ? I have some special recipes to share with you here. Normally, i will use "Campbell" Soup-Can as they offered variety of soup can and it's taste delicious. Let's check out.


Easy Vegetable Bean Soup

I suggest you to use Campbell vegetable broth soup-can...it will enhance your soup :)

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 6 cups of Campbell's ready to use organic vegetable broth, 1 can of white kidney beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, 2 medium carrot (peeled and diced), 3 mudium potatoes (peeled and diced), 1 medium rutabaga (peeled and diced), 2 large leek (use white part only, sliced), 2 stalk of celery (sliced), 1 bay leaf

The Making

Prepare a soup pot, place in carrot, potatoes, rutabaga, leeks, celery, bay leaf and broth. Bring to boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Add in beans and pepper flakes. Heat through gently. Discard bay leaf before serving. Serve hot.


Grilled Chicken Soup

Ingredients

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 tablespoons of canola oil, 2 large onion (peeled and diced), 3 carrots (peeled and diced), 2 medium parsnips (diced), 1 bulb fennel or anise (trimmed and diced), 1 box of Campbell's ready to use 25% low sodium chicken broth, 1 can of black eyed peas (rinsed and drained), 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley leaves.

The Making

Lightly oil grill rack and heat to medium. Grill chicken for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through cooking. Remove chicken to a cutting surface. Let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into strips. Set aside.

Heat oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, parsnips and fennel. Cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in broth and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another half an hour.

Stir in reserved chicken, peas and parsley and heat through. Season to taste. Divide soup into 8 serving bowls.


Carrot and Ginger Soup

Ingredients

To prepare 2 cups of coarsely chopped carrots, 3/4 cup of coarsely chopped onion, 3/4 cup of chopped potato, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 carton of Campbell's organic vegetarian broth, 1.5 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger root, 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro

The Making

Melt butter in a saucepan, saute onion and potato for about 5 minutes. Add in broth, ginger and black pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.

Blend mixture in saucepan to desired smoothness with pulse action of hand blender. Return soup to heat, stir in cilantro and heat mixture through.
