Let's try out this Rapid Diet Plan - Cabbage Soup which can meet your satisfactory on your rapid diet plan. You will lose up to 5 kg in only 7 days! Sound impossible? Frankly, i did try before, you know, i can lose up to 4.5 kg in only 7 days. But, Determination is very important to make your diet plan successful. Let's follow the followings to achieve SUCCESSFUL.
Ingredient
For ingredients, you need to prepare for 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 1 or 2 cans of diced or whole tomatoes, 3 peeled & cut Carrots, 1 Container of 10 oz Mushrooms, 1 bunch of celery, 1/2 cabbage, 1 package Lipton soup mix, 1 or 2 cubes of chicken / beef bouillon (optional item), 1 48oz can V8 juice (optional). For seasoning : salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
The Making
1). Clean and cut all the veggies - green pepper, celery, cabbage, carrot, onion, tomatoes into a bite size piece. Secondly, put all the veggies into a big soup pot. Then, slice mushrooms into thick slices, add into the same pot. Suggestion : You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings.
Pour in 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover all the veggies and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time - two hours will do. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
We are done. Very simple, is it? Everyone can do it! :)
Cook this soup cabbage for 7 days, you will definitely see the result.
