" Check out How to Choose a GOOD soup bowls In No Time!"

How to choose a good soup-bowl? Normally, soup-bowl are made in wood, plastic, stainless steel, ceramic, etc.

Soup-bowl not only can be a soup container, they still have their own "specialization".

Stainless steel soup-bowl meet for most mixing needs. You can do the bread dough in ceramic bowl.

Soup-bowl made of glass or silicone are for smaller ingredients bowls. Using glass when serving in larger bowls and copper for eggs. Melamine and plastic is the best ware for general mixing.

If you wish to chose a bowl for storage of food, we suggest you to pick the bowls made of non-metalic materials, eg. ceramic or glass. Don't use metal or plastic as the food and liquid will cause reaction with metals and plastic, causing leaching, pitting, off tastes, damage to bowls, and more.

Remember, a good cookware will cook your food better :)

Other than above mentioned soup bowls which are made in different material, "bread" soup bowl are also great for serving soup. It's so simple to make and look good. During my spare time, i love to make it to serve the soup to my guest. How to make it? Let's check out:

Firstly, you shall chose a sturdy, round loaf with a thick crust bread.

Slice off the top of the loaf, set aside the cut pieces.

Now, you shall shape the inside of the bread. Holding the knife perpendicular to the work surface, make a cut about a half inch away from the crust. Work your way around the circumference of the bowl, being very careful not to pierce the crust-cut towards the inside, not outside of the bread.

Use a spoon to take out the bread from the crust and towards the center of the loaf. Work your way around the circumference of the bread, and try to keep the inside in 1 piece as you go around.

Use spoon and your hand to pull out the center of the loaf. Try your best to keep it in 1 piece if possible.

Now use your spoon to clean up the inside of the hollowed-out loaf. You want your bowl to be sturdy, so it's better have too much crust than too little. Aim for leaving about a half inch of crust all around. And now you have your bowl!

Take the center piece and begin cutting it into squares. Depending on how big your loaf was, you can create smaller or larger squares of bread. Large pieces can be dipped in soup; smaller pieces can be baked as croutons to garnish the soup.
