Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Asian Chicken Soup

Serve this soup with rice. It will be perfect.

Ingredients

To prepare 2 cups of mushrooms, eg. shiitake or button (sliced), 1 cup of bok choy (sliced), 1 medium onion (peeled and chopped), 2 medium carrots (peeled and cut into bite size piece), 1 pound skinless & boneless chicken breast halves or turkey breast tenderloins (cut into 1 inch pieces), 2 cans of reduce sodium chicken broth (14.5 ounces), 2 tbsp of reduced sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil (optional), 4 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tsp of grated fresh ginger.

The Making

Prepare a slow cooker, place in all ingredients. Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 hours over low heat / or 4-5 hours over high heat.




Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Homemade Chicken Soup

Ingredients

To prepare 1 lb of boneless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces), 5 cups chicken broth, 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms (sliced), 3/4 cup of sliced celery, 1/2 cup of peeled and sliced carrots, 1/2 cup raw rice, 1/4 cup peeled and chopped onions, 1 cup frozen or canned mixed vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon of ground sage, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

The Making

Place in all above mentioned ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover the lid and cook for about 6-8 hours over low heat and 3-4 hours over high heat.


Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Chicken Taco Soup

You can call this soup or chili, but either way it is wonderful

Ingredients

To prepare 1 onion (peeled & chopped), 1 can chili beans (16 ounce), 1 can black beans (15 ounce), 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15 ounce), 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce), 1 can or bottle beer (12 fluid ounce), 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained (10 ounce), 1 package taco seasoning (1.25 ounce) , 3 whole skinless and boneless chicken breasts, shredded Cheddar cheese (optional item), sour cream (optional item), crushed tortilla chips (optional item)

The Making

Firstly, place in all ingredient into a slow cooker. Cover the lid and cook for 5 hours over low heat. Remove the chicken and shred it. Return shredded chicken into soup. Cook for another 2 hours. Topping with sour cream, cheddar cheese and tortilla soup before serve.


Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Barley Chili Soup

This barley chili recipe is super easy to prepare - just dump everything into your crock pot or slow cooker, and a few hours later you'll have a delicious and nutritious high-protein vegetarian chili.

Ingredients

Well, you shall prepare for 1 onion (peeled and diced), 4 cloves garlic (minced), 2 cans kidney beans, 3/4 cup pearled barley, 1 can diced tomatoes (15 ounce), 2 tablespoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 3 cups of water, salt and pepper to taste

The Making

Place in all above mentioned ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover the lid and cook for about 6-8 hours over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Mexican Corn and Bean Soup

You shall saute onion in saucepan before transfer into slow cooker, just to ensure it bring our the flavor better.

Ingredients

To prepare 2 tsp of olive oil, 1/2 cup of frozen chopped onion, 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp of bottled minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of dried oregano, 1 cup of frozen whole kernel corn, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1 cup of 0% fat reduced sodium chicken, 1 can of black beans, drained (15 oz), 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles (14.5 oz), 3 lime slices.

The Making

Firstly, you shall prepare a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion, cumin, garlic, oregano for 2 minutes. Add in corn, pepper, broth, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil.

Transfer to slow cooker and cook for 7 hours over low heat or / 4 hours over high heat. Serve with lime juice.


Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Beef Soup

Ingredients

(4 servings)

Well, you shall prepare for 1 lb of lean beef stew meat, 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of water, 1 packet dry onion soup mix, 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms (whole or sliced, your preference)

The Making

Prepare a skillet, brown beef over medium high heat.

Place in meat and other remaining ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover the lid and cook for 8 hours over low heat and 4 hours over low heat.




Slow Cooker Soup Recipes - Turkey Soup

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 lb of turkey breast (boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch chunk), 1 medium garlic clove (minced), 1 medium onion (peeled and chopped), 14.5 oz of canned diced tomatoes (fire-roasted with green chilies, undrained), 15 ounces canned black beans (drained and rinsed), 2 cup of chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon of table salt, 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro (minced).

The Making

Firstly, you shall toss & coat the turkey with cayenne, ginger, garlic salt, pepper and all spice in a bowl. Set aside for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add in turkey and all remaining ingredients except cilantro and lime juice into a slow cooker. Cover the lid and cook over low heat for about 6 hours. Add in lime juice and cilantro before serve.
