Shrimp Soup

This Soup recipe was given by my best friend, Albert. What i can say is, this Shrimp-Soup definitely is restaurant Quality and standard. This soup is a little bit spicy and it did really impressing me. Check out.Ingredients Well, for ingredients, you need to prepare for 2 pounds of medium size shrimp with tails, 2 quarts of chicken stock, 5 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoon of rosemary, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of celery seed, 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seed, 1/2 can tomato paste, 1 cup of clam juice, 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of white wine, 1 loaf of French bread which is about 1 pound. The Making Okay, firstly, you have to prepare a large pot, pour in the stock, add in pepper, garlic, rosemary, celery seed, fennel seed, clam juice, tomato paste and butter. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Stir in the wine soup and simmer for another 2 hours. (Stir occasionally). Stir in shrimp and cook for 3 minutes just before serving. Serve with bread :)
