We have many seafood-soups recipe that wish to share with you. Actually, there are many type of seafood soup, eg. crab soup, clam soup, shrimp soup, fish soup , squid soup, etc. Normally, you can add in some veggies to make your soup to become perfect.
Shrimp Soup
Ingredients: To prepare 3 1/2 cups of Water, 1 package of Oriental flavor ramen noodles, 1/2 cup of Green onion (chopped), 1 Carrot (peeled and cube), 4.5 oz Shrimp, Seasoning : Soy sauce The Making: Prepare a saucepan, add in water and boil it. Add in noodles. Cook it for about 3 minutes, stir it until noodles are soft. Add in seasoning packet, onion, carrot and shrimp, cook about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce to taste before serve. Serve hot.
Crab Soup Ingredients: To prepare 1/2 pound of Crab (picked over), 1 can of Beef consomme, 1 can of Pea soup, 1 can of Tomato soup and 1 cup of Half milk and half light cream. The Making: Rinse the crab and soak in 1 cup of sherry for about 1 hour. After that, mix in all the remaining ingredients into a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a pot, heat it. (not boil). Add in sherry and crab. Done. Simple and Delicious!
Clam Soup Ingredients: For ingredients, you need to prepare 4 dozen of Clams (Alternative - cockles or mussels), 1 liter of White wine, Leek,Small Onion, Clove garlic, 1 quart of Fish broth, Tomato (peeled & chopped), small bunch of Marjoram, few Leaf of celery and Crusts of bread (croutons) The Making: 1). Prepare a saucepan, put in small clams. Pour over them with 3 quarters of white wine. Cook them until they are open. 2). Drain it, setting aside the liquid in which they have cooked; and remove the empty half-shells. 3). Chop the white part of leek with small onion, add a clove of garlic, 4). Prepare a saucepan, add in oil, sautee the above mixture. Add the liquid from the clams; 1 quart fish broth; tomatoes, marjoram, celery. 5). Boil it for 10 minutes, take out the bouquet and garlic; stir in the clams into soup. Done.
