My Grandma's Homemade Salmon Soup

Salmon Fish is a popular food. Consuming salmon-soup is considered to be healthy due to the fish's high protein, high Omega-3 fatty acids, and high vitamin D content.This Soup is ridiculously simple making. This soup was learn from my beloved Grandma. Thank you, Grandma! Ingredients (serving : 8)Well, the ingredients shall be prepare are 8 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock powder (or you can replace 2 cup of water with stock), 1 large onion (chopped finely), 1 can of salmon (420g), drained, 1 large carrot (chopped finely), 1/3 cup of rice, 2 celery ribs (chopped), 1 large potato (peeled and coarsely chopped), 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (coarsely ground or peppercorn), 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste), 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped finely), 2 tablespoons of fresh drill (chopped finely) The Making Prepare a soup pot, pour in water (and stock, if using), bring to boil. Add in carrot, rice and onion and leave to boil for 10 minutes. Add in potato, celery, salt and pepper and stock powder if using. Using a spoon, scoop rough salmon chunks from the can into the pot. Cover, reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes pieces are cooked. Remove from heat and add chopped herbs. serve hot. Yummy!
