This Sacred-Heart Soup Diet Recipe was designed & specialized used to treat overweight heart patients. By taking the following diet plan, you will lose up to 17 pounds just within a week. Ingredients 4 green onion, 4 tomatoes, 2 cups of green peas, 1 canned beef broth, 1 cup of celery (chopped), 2 cups of carrot (peeled and shredded), 2 package of Lipton soup mix, 2 green peppers, 100 gm of cauliflower (stewed and chopped), seasoning : salt & pepper & Worchestershire sauce to taste The Making 1). Combine all above mentioned ingredients in boiling water; bring to boil for 10 min, reduced heat and simmer until all veggies are tender; Stir constantly while simmering. 2nd day : Eat veggies only. Preferable green leafy veggies. No fruit. Reward yourself with one baked potato without butter. Eat soup as much as you like.
3rd day : Eat soup, veggies and fruits only.
4th day : Eat bananas (minimum 8 pcs) and soup only.
5th day : Eat beef (about 300-500g) and soup only.
6th day : Same with the 5th day.
7th day : Brown rice, fruits and soup.
