Ingredients Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 6 Cups Chicken Broth, 1 Can (6.5 oz) mushrooms, 1 Can (6.5 oz) cut asparagus, 4 oz Smoked Salmon, 1/4 Cup dry sherry, 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, Pepper, sliced scallions The Making Prepare a pot, place in chicken broth, mushroom, asparagus, sherry, and soy sauce. Bring to simmer over medium heat until vegetable are soft. Put in smoked salmon and cook for about few minutes until cooked. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste. Topping with scallion before serve.

Ingredients (3 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 350g grated carrots, 1 large bulb fennel (trimmed and cut into thin slices), 1 garlic clove (crushed), Juice from 2 oranges (about 150ml), (sieved), 50ml white dry wine, 50g butter, 50ml double cream, Salt and pepper to taste. The Making Prepare a saucepan, melt butter and the fennel until it start to soften. Add in carrot and garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in wine. Add in 1-1.5 litre water and bring to simmer for about 15 minutes. Add seasoning. Transfer soup into a blender, puree until smooth. Sieve the soup to achieve the better texture of the soup (optional). Return to pan and heat through gently. Add in cream and whisk well. Cook for about 1 minute. Serve the soup with additional cream and decorate with star anise.
Homemade Green Lentil Soup Taste great~~

Ingredients To prepare 500 gram green lentils, 250 gram spinach or kale, 2 leeks (chopped), 2 carrots (peeled and sliced thin), 2 green or red pepper (cut in strips), 1/2 bunch of celery greens or parsley, 1 bay leaf, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 clove of garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of short or long grain rice (optional) The Making Pick and rinse the lentils thoroughly. Place lentils in boiling water and remove the scum. Drain, fill the pot with fresh water and add in carrots, garlic, tomato paste, bay leaf, celery and 3 tablespoons of of olive oil. Bring to boil for about 35 minutes. Add in leeks, spinach, peppers and rice and continue boiling for another 20 minutes. Season well and serve with balsamic or regular vinegar.
