Recipe for Chicken Soup

This is the basic Chicken Soup Recipe. You can add in your preferred vegetables or noodles into the soup. Try it, this soup is very easy to make. Ingredients To prepare 2 quarts of chicken broth, 1 quart of water, 1 medium chicken (roasted), 2 medium onions (peeled and diced), 2 carrots (peeled and cut), 2 large stalk celery (sliced), 1 tsp of dried parsley, 3 tbsp of vegetable or olive oil. The Making Firstly, remove the skin and bones from the roasted chicken. Cut the meat into bite size pieces. Prepare a soup pot, pour in broth and water, bring to boil over high heat. Add the skin and bone into the broth. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Discard bone and skin. Add in reserved chicken pieces, carrot, onions, celery and parsley, cook for another 30 minutes until vegetables are soft. Serve hot.
