Recipe For Chicken Noodle Soup (Homemade Style)

Let's check out this Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe. This comfort noodle Soup is great for brunch or lunch. Other than the following ingredients, you can add in your preferred vegetables. Don't worry, the soup will be fine too :) Ingredients (6 servings)Well, you shall prepare for 2 pounds of chicken (remove skin), 7 quarts of water, 3 stalk celery, 1 onion (peeled and sliced), 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1 tomato (chopped), 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of peppercorns, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne red pepper, 2 tablespoons of powder chicken bouillon, 2 bay leaves, 6 carrots (peeled and chopped coarsely), 4 red potatoes (pared & quartered), 1 package of egg noodles or pasta, 2 teaspoon of salt. The Making prepare a soup pot, out in chicken and covered by 7 quarts of water. Bring to boil for about 15 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and skim off the top of the water. Add in celery, onions, parsley, tomato and spice. Bring to boil again. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 60 minutes. Add in carrots, potatoes, bouillon and 2 cups of water. Simmer for another 25 minutes until carrot are tender. Now, you can add & cook the noodle in the pot as per the package direction. Remove the chicken from pot carefully and cut it into bite size pieces. Return the cut chicken piece into the pot. Serve hot.
