Basically this Protein soup Diet Plan is using all high protein but low carbohydrate and calories soup ingredients to lose weight. This soup diet plan is widely used by a lot of people. This soup is suitable for taking as 3 meals of day. Let's check out this simple & quick-making soup. Ingredients (4 servings) To cook this protein soup, you need to prepare these ingredients, 1 chopped clove garlic, 2 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 chopped stalk celery, 1 zucchini squash (cubed), 1/2 yellow onion (cubed), 1 carrot (cubed), 1 canned diced tomatoes (14 oz) comprising of seasoning , eg : basil & onion, garlic & Italian seasoning), 1 pound of skinless & boneless chicken tenders (cut into half inches chunks, mix with pepper & salt), 1/2 teaspoon if fresh cilantro or parsley (chopped), 1 quart of chicken stock (with salt and spice if available, or you can choose to mix up the following :1/4 teaspoon of onion powder - 1/4, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of driedbasil, 1/2 teaspoon if salt, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
The Making Prepare a soup pot, heat olive oil, put in onion for about 1 min. Add garlic, and cooking until they are soft. Add chicken and saute until opaque. Add in celery, carrot and zucchini and saute for about 5 min, or until tender. Stirring constantly to prevent burning. Add in tomatoes including tomato juice and the stock. Bring to boil and reduce heat, simmering until all vegetables become tender and soft.
