Pepper Pot Soup Recipe

This Pepper-Pot Soup Recipe was shared by one of my net friend, Ping Ping. I had been cook this soup for 2 times. This comfort Soup are perfect to be served in winter. Ingredients Well, you shall prepare for 1.5 cups of water, 1.5 pounds of round steak (cubed), 1 cup of red wine, 2 cans of stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz each), one pinch of white sugar, 1 can of kidney beans (15 oz), 1 package of succotash (10 oz), 1 onions (peeled and thinly sliced), 1 chopped green bell pepper, 6 oz of spaghetti, salt and pepper to taste. The Making Prepare a soup pot, place in cubed steak and pour in water & red wine. Cover the lid and simmer for about 60 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drained. Add the pasta, onion, tomatoes and sugar into the meat. Simmer for about half an hour. Add in succotash, green pepper and beans. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Simmer the soup over low heat until vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
