This is the Best Oxtail-Soup Recipe that i ever tried. I found this recipe in a popular magazine and this soup was strongly recommend by chef. After i cooked it, what i can comment is, Awesome Soup. Ingredients (6 servings)Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 1 large oxtail which is about 2 pounds, fat or salad oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 cup of onion (peeled and chopped), 1/2 cup of celery (chopped), 2 tomatoes (quartered), 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, flour, 3 quarts of water, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, 2 prigs parsley, 1/2 cup of turnips (diced) and 1/2 cup of carrots (peeled and diced), chopped green onions. The Making Cut the oxtail in between joints and singe to remove hairs. Wash and dry. Dredge with flour and brown on all sides in hot fat in soup kettle. Add in salt, pepper, water, bay leaf and parsley. Cover the lid and bring o boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 3 hours. Remove meat from bone and add the meat to broth. Add in all veggies and simmer until tender. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Garnish with green onions before serve. Serve hot. We are done.
