Best Onion-Soup in town! This is the Excellent OnionSoup that i ever tried! Let's Check out this simple & quick making soup recipe and cook for your love one :)Ingredients (4 servings)To prepare 1 Condensed beef broth (10.5 oz), 3 Onion (sliced thinly), 1/4 cup of butter, 1 teaspoon of White sugar, 1 tablespoon of all - purpose flour, 2 1/2 cup of Water, 1/2 cup ofRed wine, 1 French baguette, 8 oz Swiss cheese (sliced) The Making 1). Prepare a saucepan, melt butter. Add in sugar. Cook onions for 10 minutes over medium heat. 2). Stir in flour until well blended with the pan juice and onions. Add in water, beef broth, wine; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 3). Cut 4 nos 1 inch thick sliced of bread from the loaf. Toast the bread sliced for about 10 minutes at 325 degrees (165 degree C) until browned. You can reserve the remaining bread to serve soup. 4). Put the soup into a 12 oz, oven safe bowl. Place one of slice bread on top of soup in each bowl. Fold Swiss cheese slices, and fit onto toasted bread slices. Place soup bowls on a cookie sheet for easier handling. 5). Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or just until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Yummy!
