Noodle-soup refers to a variety of soups with noodles and other ingredients served in a light broth. This soup is an East and Southeast Asian staple. Less well known, a form of fresh (typically home made) noodle is used in soup in certain parts of Europe, and in northern China; usually, it is served for breakfast or brunch.I wish to share with you some delicious noodle-soup recipes. They are all my favorite noodle soup and i believe you will like it too. Generally, they are all simple & quick making and you can staff yourself in anytime. Check out.
My Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
(This noodle soup recipe tips was given by my beloved grandma. It's tasty!)
Ingredients
(12 servings)For ingredients, you need to prepare for 3 cups of Chicken meat (diced & cooked), 2.5 cups of Egg noodle, 1 cup of Celery (chopped), 1 cup of Onion (chopped), 12 cup of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil, Seasoning : 1 1/2 tablespoon of Salt and 1 teaspoon of Poultry seasoning, 1/3 cup of Cornstarch an 1/4 cup of Water The Making
1). Prepare a soup pot with salted water, bring to boil. Add noodle and oil, continue boiling for 8 min. Drain, rinse under cool running water. 2). Prepare a saucepan, mix broth, poultry seasoning and salt; bring to boil. Stir in celery and onion. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 min. 3). Mix cornstarch with water in a bowl, stir well until cornstarch dissolve. Add the Cornstarch mixture into soup. Stir constantly. Add in noodle and chicken, heat through. Serve.
Simple Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
(1 serving) To prepare 2 cups of Noodle (or you can use homemade noodle which the recipe shown at below), 4 pounds of Chicken (wash and cleaned , cube in pieces), 3 quarts of Cold water, 1 Onion (slice thinly), 1 Carrot (sliced), 1 Bay leaf, 1 Parsley, Seasoning : Salt and pepper to taste The Making
1). Prepare a soup pot, put in chicken, all veggies & seasoning, add in water to cover the chicken & veggies. Bring to simmer for about 3 hours. Skim off fat. Discard the chicken, add noodle and boil for 15 minutes. Serve. Yummy!
Noodle Egg Drop Soup Ingredients
(4 servings) To prepare 1 1/2 cup of fine egg noodles, 2 Egg (beaten), 2 tablespoons of Parsley (chopped), 2 tablespoons of Butter, 2 cans of Chicken broth (10oz each), 4 cups of Water The Making
1). Prepare a soup pot, pour in broth and water; bring to boil. Add in noodle, cook for 9 minutes. Reduce heat and add in beaten egg. Simmer for another 3 min. Remove from heat, add in parsley and butter before serve. Done.
Fantastic Noodle Soup
Ingredients
(8 servings)To prepare 8 oz shell paste (macaroni), 3 Garlic clove (minced), 1 cup of Celery (chopped), 1 cup of Onion (chopped), 1 cup of Carrots (chopped), 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Thyme (crushed), 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Oregano (crushed), 20 oz of Frozen spinach, 3 cups of Green beans, 24 oz of Canned Kidney beans, 3 Bay leaf, 16 oz Tomato puree, 5 cans of Water (tomato puree cans) The Making
1). Prepare a saucepan, saute carrot, onion, garlic and celery until tender & soft. Transfer to a soup pot; add thyme, tomato puree, water and bay leaf. Bring to boil and add green bean, spinach and kidney beans. Bring to a boil again ; add in shell paste. Reduce heat and simmer until shell pasta are cook (Don't overcook). Add seasoning. Serve.
Tofu Noodle Soup
Ingredients
(4 servings)To prepare 2 tablespoon of Butter, 2 cups of Carrot (sliced), 1 1/2 cups of Onion (chopped), 1 1/2 cups of Celery (chopped), 1 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic (minced), 12 cups of Vegetarian chicken flavored broth, 2 cups of Egg noodles / or homemade noodles as the recipe is shown at below, 1 Container extra firm tofu (drained and cubed) (14 oz), 1/4 cup of Raisins, 1/2 teaspoon ofDried basil, 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of Poultry seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of Dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon ofDried rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon of Dried marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon of Black pepper and 3 tablespoon of Cold water The Making
1). Prepare a soup pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add in onion, carrot, garlic, celery and cook until soft which is about 10 min. 2). Add in broth; bring to boil over high heat. Once the broth boiling, add in noodle, tofu, raisin, basil, oregano, poultry seasoning, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, pepper. Mix the cornstarch with water, stir it until the cornstarch dissolve well. Stir in the Cornstarch mixture into soup. Boil the soup again, reduce heat and simmer for half an hour. Serve.
Italian Tortellini Soup Ingredients
(6 servings)To prepare 1 1/2 cups of Frozen cheese-filled tortellini, 1 Canned red kidney beans (rinsed & drained)(15 oz), 4 cups of Chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of Dried thyme leaves (crushed), 2 Zucchini (sliced), 4 Tomatoes (chopped), 4 Carrot (sliced), 1 Large onion (chopped), 2 Stalk celery (sliced), 3 Cloves garlic (minced), Grated Parmesan Cheese The Making
1). Prepare a saucepan, add in carrot, celery, onion, garlic, thyme and 2 cups of broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. 2). Add the remaining broth, tomatoes, tortellini, bean and zucchini. Bring to boil again. Reduce heat and simmer for another 15 min. Add in grated Parmesan cheese before serve.

To prepare 1 1/4 pound of Italian turkey sausage links (remove casing), 1 Onion (chopped), 2 Garlic cloves (minced), 6 1/2 cup of low sodium beef broth, 1 Canned diced tomatoes (undrained) (14.5 oz), 2 cups of Carrot (sliced thinly), 1 cup of celery (sliced thinly), 2 cups of zucchini (sliced), 1 Green pepper (chopped), 2 cups of Frozen cheese tortellini, 1/4 cup of Fresh parsley (minced), 1 cup of Ketcup, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 2 tablespoon of Grayed Parmesan cheese The Making
1). Prepare a saucepan, put in sausage, garlic and onion over medium heat until meat is not pink color anymore. Add tomatoes, broth, celery, carrot, Italian seasoning & ketchup; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. 2). Add in zucchini and green pepper; cook for 5-7 min. Add in tortellini and parsley. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min until tortellini is tender. Add Parmesan cheese before serve. Done.

Homemade Noodle Ingredients
2 Eggs, 2 tablespoon of Water, 2 cups of Flour and Seasoning : salt - 1 teaspoon
The Making
1). Beat egg with adding water and salt. Work in flour to make a stiff dough. Knead; then form into a ball. Roll out on floured board until very thin. Dust top with additional flour and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into 2cm width, Press and spread out on a flat surface. Set aside and let it dry for 2 hours. Prepare desired taste soup. Drop the noodle into soup to cook until soft. Try out all my favorite noodle soup. Hope you enjoy all these noodle soup! :)
