Mushroom-soup is one of the typical soup served in most of the restaurants in the world. A lot of people like this soup very much. It can be so tasty & perfect even a homemade style mushroom-soup. I wish to share with you a simple making & delicious homemade cream of mushroom-soup here which this recipe was given by my best friend, Xiao Yang. Thanks, Xiao Yang, i really love this soup very much :) Let's cook this Wonderful Soup and share with your love one. Ingredients (6 servings) For ingredients, you need to prepare for 1 1/2 cup of chicken stock, 5 cups of fresh mushroom (sliced thinly), 3 tablespoon of butter, 3 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of heavy cream or half & half, 0.5 cup of chopped onion, 1/8 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon of sherry whereas for seasoning, you need to prepare for 1/4 teaspoon salt & 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
The Making Cook fresh mushroom, onion, thyme, chicken stock in a saucepan; until tender.Puree the above mentioned mixture in a blender. Leaving some chunks of veggies in it. Set aside. Prepare a saucepan, melt the butter and add in all-purpose flour; stirring until smooth. Add salt, half & half, pepper and vegetable puree. Boil the soup until thicken, stir constantly. Adjust seasoning to taste if desired. Stir in sherry before serve.
