Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipes

Homemade style. Better than any canned mushroom soup. Real taste of mushroom. Yummy!

Ingredients

(3 servings)

Well, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 4 tbsp of butter, 8 oz of mushrooms, 1 tsp of salt, 1 medium sweet onion (peeled and chopped), 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 tsp of white pepper, 2 cans of chicken broth, 1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg.

The Making

Firstly, you shall clean the mushrooms. Slice 4 ounces of mushroom and chop 4 ounces of mushrooms.

Prepare a saucepan, melt 2 oz of butter, saute sliced onions until golden. set aside. Add remaining butter to the same pan. Saute chopped mushrooms and sweet onions. Add salt to taste. Cook until onions are soft.

Return the sliced mushroom into the pan. Stir in flour and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir well. Gradually add in chicken broth when stirring. Simmer until soup are thickened. Add in nutmeg and pepper. Add seasoning to taste. Stir in heavy cream and bring to simmer over very low heat. Garnish with chopped parsley before serve.


Fantastic Italian Mushroom Soup Recipes

Ingredients

To prepare 1 vegetable stock cube, 1 pint of boiling water, 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 red onion (peeled and finely chopped), 200g organic mushrooms (peeled and finely chopped), 1 tablespoon of plain wholemeal flour, 150g twist pasta, 225g can chopped tomatoes, 225g can red kidney beans, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, pinch of nutmeg.

The Making

Prepare a soup pot, pour in boiling water. Put in vegetable stock cube. Stir well and set aside.

Prepare a large saucepan, heat oil and saute onion and mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Stirring constantly. Add in flour and combine well. Cook for another 2 minutes. Gradually pour in stock liquid.

Add in pasta, chopped tomatoes, red kidney beans, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover the lid and bring to simmer for about 15 minutes. Done.


Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup Recipes

I usually cook this soup for lunch :)

Ingredients

(4 servings)

To prepare 1.5 pints of vegetable stock, 1 small onion 9peeled and finely chopped), 1 small green bell pepper (diced), 1 tbsp of parsley (chopped), 1 oz of wild rice (washed and drained), 4 oz of button mushroom (sliced), 5 tbsp of red wine, salt and pepper to taste.

The Making

Prepare a soup pot, pour in stock and add in onions, bell pepper and parsley. Cover the lid and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add in wild rice and simmer for another 40 minutes.

Add mushroom and wine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve.


Low Carb Mushroom Soup Recipes

These savory mushrooms make a perfect accompaniment to grilled steak or other beef dishes. This is a low carb recipe!

Ingredients

(6 servings)

Well, you shall prepare for 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 16 oz of mushroom (sliced thickly), 4 green onion (sliced), 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp of sour cream.

The Making

Prepare a large skillet, melt butter & heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute mushroom for about 4 minutes. Add in green onion, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add in sour cream & Worcestershire sauce. Heat through over low heat. Serve hot.


Light Mushroom Soup Recipes

Ingredients

(3 servings)

To prepare 3 cups of chicken stock, 6 mushrooms (sliced0, 3 green onion (diced), 1 tbsp of dry sherry, 1 tsp of light miso

The Making

Prepare a soup pot, pour in stock. Heat stock over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add in mushroom and onions, simmer for about 3 minutes. Add sherry. Mix well of 3 tablespoons of broth and miso. Add miso to soup. Cook for about 3 minutes. Serve.


Mushroom Tomato Soup Recipes

The mixture of tomato & mushroom taste are great.

Ingredients

To prepare 1 onion (peeled and chunk sliced), 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tbsp margarine, 1 tbsp of avocado oil, 4 cups of fresh mushroom (wash well and sliced), 2 tbsp of chicken bouillon, 2.5 cups of water, 0.5 cup of sherry, 2 tbsp of tomato powder, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 tsp of parsley flakes.

The Making

Prepare a saucepan, place in onion, garlic powder, margarine, Avocado oil, mushroom, bouillon, water, sherry, tomato powder and pepper. Bring to simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally. After that, bring to boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for another 20 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes before serve.


3 Mushroom Soup Recipes

Ingredients

(4 servings)

To prepare 4 dried Chinese mushroom (soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes, drained, discard stems, sliced), 25g oyster mushrooms (sliced), 55g button mushroom (cut into half), 1 liter of Chinese Vegetable soup, 1 cm of fresh root ginger (peeled and finely chopped), 1 clove garlic (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of dry sherry, 2 tbsp dark soya sauce, 115g fresh tofu (drained and diced), 2 tsp of corn flour mixed with 4 tsp cold water, 2 tbsp of shredded basil leaves.

The Making

Prepare a saucepan, pour in stock and add ginger, garlic, sherry and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir in mushroom and tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes and add corn flour mixture. Cook for about 2 minutes until thickened. Add in basil and serve.
