Let's check out this delicious soup and have this soup at home with your love one :) Ingredients (3 servings)Well for ingredients, you need to prepare for 8 oz of mushrooms (cut 4 oz of mushrooms into slices, chop another remaining 4 oz of mushrooms), 4 tablespoons of butter, 1 medium sweet onion (chopped), 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 2 cans of chicken stock (10 oz each), 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 cup of heavy cream and for garnish, parsley (chopped). The Making Prepare a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoon of butter. Saute sliced mushrooms until golden. Remove the cooked sliced mushrooms from pan and set aside. Then, in the same pan, put in & heat the remaining butter, add in chopped mushrooms, salt and sweet onions. Cook stirring until onion is soft. Return sliced mushrooms into the pan. Add in flour and cook for 2 minutes; stir constantly until it become smooth. Add in stock slowly, simmer & stirring always, until the soup are thicken. Add in pepper and nutmeg. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer (do not boil). Garnish with chopped parsley before serve. Serve hot.
