Easy Miso Soup Recipe

Looking for Miso Soups Recipe? Miso soup, the soup in Japanese restaurants, is one of my favorite foods and it's easy and inexpensive to make yourself. Basically it's just miso paste (available at the health food store or Asian grocery store), tofu, green onion/scallion, and dried wakame (a type of seaweed) flakes.Well, here to tell you how to cook a easy and delicious basic Miso Soup. Ingredients 1/2 package of silken tofu (cut into small cubes), 800ml hondashi stock, 10g dried wakame seaweed (long thin strip of seaweed), 4 tablespoons of white or red miso paste, 2 spring onions (chopped). The Making Boil soup stock, reduce heat to lower. Add miso paste, seaweed and tofu and cook for about 1 minute. Garnish with chopped green onions before serve. Try it. You will love it :)
