This is a very delicious Matzo-Ball Soup Recipe. It is easy making & i love it very much! Let's check out this Matzo Ball Soup Recipe. Ingredients for Soup: To prepare 4-6 pound hen, 1 lg Onion, 2 Carrots (peeled and cut in bite size piece), 3 stalk celery (cut in bite size piece),3 quarts of Water, 1 tablespoon of Chicken Bouillon The Making for Soup: Prepare a large stock pot, put in the hen and cover with enough water. Add all the above mentioned ingredients and boil it until very tender. Let the chicken to be cool in liquid. Remove the chicken and reserve for future usage. Strain remain broth and discard the cooked veggies. Add soup and pepper to your taste. Add cooked matzo balls and thoroughly heat them or drop uncooked matzo balls into broth following directions on the matzo ball recipes. Ingredients for Matzo Balls: To prepare 1 tablespoon of chicken fat, 1 tablespoon of parsley (chopped), 1 cup of boiled water, 2 eggs (separated), 1 cup of matzo meal, 1 lg of celery stalk (chopped), 1 clove garlic (chopped), 1 small onion (chopped), seasoning : salt & pepper to taste The Making for Matzo Balls: Seasonings chopped to be very fine, then, fry it in the oil. When clear, add a cup of boiling water, let is cool for few minutes. Add matzo meal, well beaten egg yolks, then fold in egg whites which is stiffly beaten.
