Actually, they are many type of Low-Carb Soups. Here, i wish to share with you my favorite low carb soups which is not only low carb but great taste too.
Low Carb Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients (4 carb per serving)You need to prepare 2 cups of Chicken broth, 1/2 cup of onion (minced), 2 cups of Pumpkin puree or Canned of pumpkin (15 ounces), Fresh chorizo (Mexican), or spicy sausage, 1 teaspoon of Dried oregano, 3 Garlic cloves (minced), 1 tsp of Mild ground chili, eg. ancho or some hotter chili, 1/3 cup of Dried white wine, 1 tablespoon of Olive oil, 1/2 cup of Milk, 1/2 cup of Heavy cream, 1/2 cup of Cilantro with leaves ( minced) for garnish,
The Making 1). Prepare a saucepan, heat olive oil.Take chorizo out of the skin and break it into a pan. Cook until sausage turn into brown. Add in garlic, stirring for about 30-60 seconds, add black pepper to taste.Add wine and stir to loosen up everything. Add in all remaining ingredients other than cilantro. Add in salt to taste. Stir in minced cilantro & garnish with few leaves before serve. Enjoy!
Low Carb Chicken Soup Ingredients (5 carbs per serving)1 cup of Skinless chicken (diced), 2 cups of Chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of Olive oil, 1/2 cup of Green pepper, 1 cup of Broccoli (chopped), 1/2 cup of Cauliflower (cut into 2cm pieces), 1/2 cup of Zucchini (chopped), 1/3 cup of pasta. For seasoning , you need to prepare salt & black pepper to taste. The Making 1). Prepare a saucepan, pour in stock. Add olive oil, all veggies and seasoning. Bring to simmer until all veggies are tender. Finally, add chicken and paste; bring to boil until pasta are soft. Serve. It's yummy!
