I have some Low-Carb Soup that i wish to share with you. They are not only low carb, they are delicious, quick & easy making too. 1 Serving of these 2 type of soups contain 3 carbs only.Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients You need to prepare 2 cans of chicken broth, 2 bags of chopped frozen broccoli, 1 cube of American cheese, and for seasoning, pepper and salt shall be used. The Making 1). Prepare a soup pot, put in the chicken broth and broccoli , simmer it for 5 minutes. Add American cheese. Cook at low heat until the cheese melt. Add seasoning - pepper and salt, to taste. If the soup is thick, you can add heavy cream to thinned it.
Ham & Cheese Soup
Ingredients 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, 1/4 cup of bell pepper, 1 cup of diced Ham, 4 cups of Chicken broth, 1 Bay leaf , 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1 cup of cream, 1/3 cup of Grated cheddar cheese & chopped green onion for garnishing. The Making 1). Prepare a saucepan, put the oil, fry onion, celery and bell pepper until all of them are tender. After that, add in ham & saute; which to release some oil and meld the flavors. Add in the chicken broth, bay leaf and basil. Simmer for about half an hour. Add cream. Boil it until thicken a bit. Add in cheese. Stir it. Garnish with green onion before serve.
