Looking for Italian-Soup Recipes? I have a great one to share with your here. Easy and Delicious. This soup are great to be served with Parmesan cheese. This soup is not require soaking beans for overnight. Good try. Ingredients We,, for ingredients, you shall prepare for 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 large onions (peeled and chopped), 2 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped), 1 tbsp of chopped fresh thyme, 1 tsp of chopped fresh rosemary, 2 celery stalk, (sliced), 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz), 3 cups of vegetables broth, 1 tbsp of chopped fresh basil, 1 bay leaf, 2 cans of cannellini beans (drained and rinsed), salt and pepper to taste. The Making Prepare a saucepan, heat olive oil. Saute onion, garlic, thyme and rosemary for about 5 minutes. Add in celery, carrots and salt, saute for another 10 minutes. Add in tomatoes, basil, broth and bay leaf. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add in beans and simmer for about 10 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
