This Delicious Low Fat Italian Sausage-Soup Recipe was highly recommended by chef which i found this recipe in a popular magazine. After i cook this soup, what i can comment is..... Excellent! Restaurant Standard Soup. Ingredients For ingredients, you shall prepare for 8 oz of sweet and hot Italian sausage, 2 cups of 0 fat, low sodium chicken stock, 1 can of diced tomatoes (about 14.5 oz) with garlic, basil and oregano, 0.5 cup of uncooked small shell pasta, 2 cups of bagged baby spinach leaves, 2 tbsp of grated fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese, 2 tbsp of chopped fresh basil. The Making Prepare a saucepan, heat over medium heat, remove the casing of sausage and add in the sausage, cook for 5 minutes until browned. Stir the sausage for crumble. Drain and return to saucepan. Add in stock, pasta, tomatoes, bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta are cooked. Remove from heat and add in spinach. Garnish with cheese and basil before serve. The taste really great.......! Yummy!
