I have variety of Homemade Soup Recipes that i wish to share with you. During my spare time, i will make some simple soup to take along with my lunch and dinner. I love to cook very much! :) Now, you also can make your soup at home in anytime and enjoy all these delicious soups with your friends and families.Try out my fantastic homemade Chicken Soup.
Homemade Chicken Soup Ingredients For ingredients, you need to prepare for 1 cup of white chicken meat (remove away the skin and fat)- chopped & cooked, 1/2 cup of black chicken meat (remove away the skin and fat)- chopped & cooked, 6 cups of chicken stock, 1 medium onion (chopped), 1 carrot (chopped), 1 celery (chopped), 1 cloves of garlic (chopped), 1 dash olive , 1 small pat of butter, seasoning : pepper & salt to taste and dried parley, sage, rosemary and thyme (chopped)
The Making Prepare a soup pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium low heat. Add in all veggies and salt. Cook until all veggies are tender. Add in sage, rosemary and thyme. Cook for 1 minute. Add in chicken meat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in chicken stock; bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Garnish with parley before serve.

Ingredients To prepare 1/2 cup of unsalted and unsweetened peanut butter, 10 cups of chicken stock, 1 splash of olive oil, 1 pat of butter (optional item), 2 onion (chopped), 1 red bell pepper (chopped), 1 green bell pepper (chopped), 3 cloves of garlic (chopped), 1 can of diced tomatoes (separate liquid) - approximately 28 ounces, 1/2 cup of brown rice (uncooked), seasoning : salt and pepper to taste and red pepper flakes, to taste The Making Prepare a soup pot, heat oil and butter over medium low heat. Add red and green peppers, onions, garlic, a little bit of salt. Saute until they are soft. Add in tomatoes, cook until soft. Add chicken stock and juice from the canned tomatoes. Add pepper flakes. Bring soup to boil. Then add in rice; reduce heat and simmer for about half an hour to 45 minutes. Ladle some soup into a bowl which contain of peanut butter. Stir it to make a smooth mixture. Pour the peanut butter and soup mixture into the soup. Mix it completely. Re-heat the soup. Serve. The taste is really fantastic.
