Prepare a frying pan, cook the butter until melt. Add in the onion, garlic and mushroom. Cook until the onion become semitransparent. Blend in 2 tablespoon of flour, then stir it. Add in the chicken stock; frequently stirring until slightly thickened. Stir cream with additional 1 tablespoon of flour and seasonings. Add in cream to soup.
